Les intervenants, courtiers chez Gras Savoye, sont venus nous pr\u00e9senter le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Assurance et gestion des risques professionnels\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Gras Savoye, courtier partenaire de la SFT, propose des programmes d&rsquo;assurance sur-mesure \u00e0 prix int\u00e9ressants pour les traducteurs affili\u00e9s \u00e0 la SFT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Lors de cette intervention, ils nous ont parl\u00e9 de deux contrats int\u00e9ressants en tant que traducteur Freelance.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">l&rsquo;assurance <strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 Civile Professionnelle<\/strong> (RCP)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Elle n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire. Cependant, elle peut vous \u00eatre r\u00e9clam\u00e9e par certains clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Elle vous couvre en cas de <strong>dommages corporels ou mat\u00e9riels \u00e0 un tiers<\/strong> (par exemple: renverser accidentellement son caf\u00e9 sur son client ou sur son ordinateur, etc.)\u00a0 mais aussi en cas de <strong>dommages \u00ab\u00a0immat\u00e9riels\u00a0\u00bb caus\u00e9s \u00e0 un tiers<\/strong> (par exemple: les pertes financi\u00e8res subies par un tiers du fait de votre erreur, faute ou omission).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Elle peut vraiment \u00eatre d&rsquo;un grand secours et vous \u00e9viter de perdre beaucoup d&rsquo;argent en cas d&rsquo;erreur de traduction\u00a0 dans certains domaines comme la sant\u00e9, le nucl\u00e9aire, les finances etc. qui pourrait entra\u00eener des dommages importants.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">l&rsquo;assurance <strong>Protection Juridique<\/strong> (PJ)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ce contrat permet au traducteur d&rsquo;avoir <strong>un service d&rsquo;information juridique<\/strong> sur les questions qu&rsquo;il peut se poser ou les litiges qu&rsquo;il peut rencontrer dans le cadre de son activit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En cas de litige avec un tiers, les <strong>frais de d\u00e9fense<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement pris en charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Grande absente du th\u00e8me du jour et n\u00e9anmoins pas la moins int\u00e9ressante: <strong>la compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 et assurance pr\u00e9voyance<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La personne charg\u00e9e d&rsquo;intervenir \u00e0 ce sujet \u00e9tait absente. La SFT r\u00e9organisera une matinale \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En ce qui concerne la <strong>RCP<\/strong> et la <strong>PJ<\/strong>, le seul petit hic, \u00e0 mon sens, se trouve dans la limite de la territorialit\u00e9 de garantie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Il semble, en effet, qu&rsquo;elle se limite aux contrats en droit fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Or, lorsque l&rsquo;on travail en tant que traducteur Freelance, une partie de nos clients peut se trouver \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, par exemple aux \u00c9tats-Unis, pays, soit dit en passant, tr\u00e8s proc\u00e9durier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica,arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ce qui finalement peut-\u00eatre tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9.
